Talent suppliers source, qualify, and invite candidates to join our platform and apply for relevant positions.
If a talent supplier considers you a fit for a role, they will contact you and send you an invite to learn more about the position. The invitation includes a digital right-to-represent (RTR) that gives the talent supplier the right to represent you for the role and may include screening questions to assess your fit based on the position requirements.
From there, your talent supplier will keep you updated on your status throughout the hiring process.
Talent suppliers are independent recruiters and staffing agencies that partner with Prosperix to support jobs in the Crowdstaffing Hiring Marketplace. Talent suppliers represent themselves and do not work for Prosperix, however they work in collaboration with Prosperix to ensure candidates have a positive hiring experience.
Yes, you can browse and apply for as many positions as you would like. By completing your online profile in the Hiring Marketplace, you will be notified of positions that match your skills and background.
You have the ability to modify the resume in your online profile so it reflects exactly what you want to portray for the role you are applying. You can also manage multiple resumes in your profile and submit different ones for different roles.
In most cases, Prosperix will be your employer. In some cases, you may work for the talent supplier that is representing you or the client directly.
Your representing recruiter only represents you for the position for which you have been invited and for which you have accepted the digital job invitation. You may be invited to different positions by one or more recruiters and it is your choice which recruiter you would like to represent you. If you would like to change your representing recruiter, notify us and we can assist you further.
Some of our clients require us to provide your social security number at the time we submit your resume to them. Our clients use this information to confirm eligibility. Crowdstaffing does not use your social security number for any purpose other than submission to our client. You may be asked for the last four, five, or all nine digits of your SSN during the interview process, depending on our client’s requirement.
