Pipeline Velocity data shows how long it takes on average to get to a successful hire from each stage in the hiring process, to give your team a comprehensive look at what they can expect from a timeline perspective.
Candidate Quality & Disqualification Reasons

In this section, you’ll see how many of your candidates are disqualified, how many of them are accepted, and how many are hired vs. how many are disqualified at each stage, with the specific reasons for disqualification shown as a percentage of the whole, providing actionable insight for improvements to your hiring program.
Rate Compliance - Pay Rate/Bill Rate

To understand your costs, you can view how many submittals are coming in at your approved pay rate or bill rate.
Placement History

Placement history gives you a comprehensive overview of all of the hires that have been made in your contingent hiring program, as well as the current worker status.
Activity

In the Activity section, you can view the total number of hiring events generated by users, providing a glimpse into the overall activity of your contingent hiring program.
